6. Liability limitations

Clauger will not be held liable of direct or indirect damages caused to the users material when accessing the Clauger website. Neither will it be held liable in cases of damages resulting from material usage that does not comply with the specifications outlined in section 4, or of the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Clauger will not be held liable for any indirect damage (for example of a loss of market share or loss of opportunity) following the utilisation of the website www.clauger.ch.

According to this new regulation, Clauger reinforces its personal data protection policy so that our users’ data are collected and used in a transparent, confidential and secure manner.

7.2 Applications for job offers via the email address recrutement@clauger.fr

When you apply for job offers published on our site, we may ask you to send us certain personal data such as: name, first name, email address and/or telephone number, up-to-date CV and cover letter, level of study and experience.

We will use this information for collection, registration and consultation of our CV database, so that we can contact you in the event that an offer suits your profile. Your “CV profile” will be kept for a maximum of 2 years. These personal data will only be used by the relevant Clauger departments.

In accordance with the GDPR, all users have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning them, by making a written and signed request to the address recrutement@clauger.fr accompanied by one copy of identity card with signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.

No personal user data is published, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the assumption of the redemption of Clauger and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the possible purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to store and modify data with regard to the user of the site www.clauger.ch.
